Oracle Brings Google TPUs to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Oracle and Google Cloud announced Google TPUs will be available on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, the first hyperscaler outside Google to offer them.
Oracle and Google Cloud announced on Oct 29, 2026 that Google's Tensor Processing Units will be available through Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, the first time TPUs are offered on a hyperscale cloud outside Google.
The companies say this adds to OCI's AI compute portfolio and gives customers infrastructure aimed at near-linear scalability and optimized economics for demanding workloads.
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure president Mahesh Thiagarajan said different AI workloads have different compute needs and that customers get multiple leading AI compute architectures in one cloud.
