Arctic Wolf reports that agentic AI now resolves 60% of investigations in its Aurora SOC with no human help, while time to ticket fell 36%.
Arctic Wolf's 2026 Agentic Security Operations Report presents results from its own Aurora Agentic SOC, which it calls the largest agentic commercial SOC.
The vendor says 60% of investigations are now resolved by agentic AI alone, 38% by AI with a final human check, and only 2% by humans alone, down from about 81% before the platform launched.
It reports a 21% rise in monthly investigations, a roughly 19% drop in alert volume, a 36% cut in average time to ticket, and about 13 investigations escalated per billion observations ingested.
An October 2026 update cites the PHP2Shell flaws to show how fast AI shortens the gap between disclosure and exploitation.
