Oracle AI Data Platform adds AI-generated business ontologies, a semantic reasoning engine and AI governance for enterprise agents.
At Oracle AI World, Oracle announced Oracle AI Data Platform capabilities designed to give AI agents a shared understanding of business entities, relationships, policies and workflows.
An AI Discovery agent generates business ontologies from schemas, semantic models, documentation and documents, which domain experts review and approve, and the platform recommends updates as usage evolves.
The Oracle Semantic Reasoning Engine assembles business-ready context before it reaches the model and reuses findings to optimize token usage.
Deep Insight Agents use this context to identify drivers and recommend actions, and Oracle also announced an AI Data Platform Innovation Service.
