HashiCorp announced security capabilities across IBM Verify, Vault, Boundary and Secure Hub for governing AI agents and other non-human identities.
IBM Agent Identity is generally available for registering agents, assigning ownership, enforcing task-scoped authorization and auditing activity.
Vault 2.2 is generally available with vTPM support for Linux VMs, PKI modernization and post-quantum readiness, while Vault Arc and Secure Hub are in public preview.
Boundary 1.1 adds scoped App tokens and multi-account AWS VM discovery, and a Boundary MCP server in public preview lets AI agents reach SSH and RDP targets.
