What If Your Analyst Could Just Ask? Connecting Tenable Findings to Infoblox Network Identity with MCP

Infoblox, Tuesday, October 20th, 2026

Infoblox shows how its MCP Server links Tenable vulnerability findings to DNS, DHCP and IPAM device context for AI assistants.

Infoblox says vulnerability management teams rarely lack findings but often lack context about what a vulnerable IP address actually is, who owns it and whether it is the same device as last week.

Tenable knows what is vulnerable, while Infoblox DNS, DHCP and IPAM know which device holds an address, its MAC address and name.

The Infoblox Model Context Protocol Server gives third-party AI assistants and agents standard access to that network, security and asset intelligence, letting analysts connect Tenable findings to network identity without spreadsheets or one-off scripts.
