AI Workflow Factory links Process Mining, Autonomous Engineer, Build Agent and App Engine in what ServiceNow calls a continuous workflow improvement loop.
Greyhound Research's Sanchit Vir Gogia said the approach eases coordination but does not resolve process ownership or redesign, and he advised CIOs to weigh business outcomes against recurring platform costs and to account for workflow retirement.
