CSA chief analyst Rich Mogull introduces the Frontier Ready Maturity Model, which builds on CSA's research with SANS and RSAC into adversarial AI.
The model has more than 200 measurable control objectives across 12 categories in three domains, organized around seven program transformations needed to defend against machine-speed agent swarms and lower-skilled attackers using AI.
CSA chose a maturity model over a checklist to show a long-term journey, and a free public version is available.
