Zscaler extends VPN for Legacy Apps in ZPA to mainframes, multi-entity organizations and complex routing environments.
Zscaler describes new capabilities for VPN for Legacy Apps in Zscaler Private Access, which initially covered VoIP and server-to-client apps such as SCCM and Cisco Jabber.
The feature now extends zero trust access to IP address-dependent systems like mainframes, multi-entity organizations and complex routing environments, delivered through the existing Zscaler Client Connector.
The aim is to let organizations retire legacy VPN concentrators and NGFWs, leaving one agent and one policy framework for all private access.
