DLP Inspection Where Your Agents Run: Extending Symantec DLP to Tetrate Agent Router

Symantec, Tuesday, October 6th, 2026

Symantec DLP now inspects agentic AI traffic inline at Tetrate Agent Router, available in preview.

Broadcom is bringing Symantec Data Loss Prevention to Tetrate Agent Router to inspect agentic AI traffic that bypasses email, web and endpoint DLP controls, with the integration available in preview.

Prompts, model responses, tool-call arguments and tool results are checked inline against existing DLP policies using Exact Data Matching, Indexed Document Matching and over 300 content identifiers, without SDKs or agent code changes.

Detection can run locally through Symantec's Distributed Detection Service to keep payloads inside the enterprise or through a Broadcom-hosted Cloud Detection Service, and incidents flow to the existing DLP queue and SIEM.
