Announced at World Forum Mumbai, ServiceNow's AI Workflow Factory and Autonomous Engineer aim to find where AI can improve work and offer one way to build, run and extend AI workflows across the enterprise, governed by AI Control Tower.
AI Workflow Factory is a continuous improvement loop in which each outcome reveals the next opportunity, while Autonomous Engineer adds unattended coding for planning, building and testing, addressing execution gaps from fragmented legacy infrastructure.
Partners in India, including Accenture and Infosys, are adopting the tools.
