Cisco Unveils New Agentic Collaboration Experiences

At WebexOne 2026, Cisco added AI agents, Claude in Webex, Intelligent Workplace Experiences and the Dialog agentic harness to Webex.
At WebexOne 2026 in Austin, Cisco introduced agentic collaboration updates spanning work, workplaces and customer experience.
Claude in Webex, built with Claude Managed Agents, will let teams analyze data, generate content and execute work using shared enterprise context, while collaborative AI agents can be invited into spaces, meetings and calls and a Webex Suite MCP integration brings Webex context into OpenAI dots.
Cisco also unveiled Intelligent Workplace Experiences, which unify networking, collaboration devices and physical spaces, and Dialog, a new agentic harness for the Webex AI Agent platform that works on customer issues until they are resolved.
