At Team '26 Europe, Atlassian shipped capabilities across Jira, Confluence, Loom, DX and JSM to run an AI-native software lifecycle.
Atlassian's 2026 AI SDLC study found that 94% of engineering leaders say their teams use AI, but only 6% have the systems to scale and govern it.
Building on its recently published AI-native SDLC playbook, Atlassian used Team '26 Europe to ship new capabilities across Jira, Confluence, Loom, DX and Jira Service Management that connect agent work to the Teamwork Graph.
The features orchestrate work across planning, development and review and show leaders what is actually helping, under a model where people apply judgment, agents execute and teams learn from the loop.
