Zscaler's ZDX Agent uses agentic AI to pinpoint whether user experience issues stem from the device, network, Zscaler or the app.
Zscaler introduced ZDX Agent, built on its ZAgent framework, to bring agentic AI to troubleshooting in SASE environments.
When users report that an app is slow, the cause could be the endpoint, Wi-Fi, ISP, DNS, the Zero Trust Exchange or the application.
ZDX Agent lets IT, network and service desk teams ask questions in natural language to isolate the cause, reduce MTTR across Wi-Fi, ISP and routing issues, and distinguish policy problems from performance problems, replacing siloed point-monitoring tools.
