AMD introduced AMD Ross, an agentic AI assistant that covers the embedded development life cycle from hardware design and debug to software, algorithm development and edge AI deployment.
Using natural language, developers can have agents search documentation, check tool status, run commands, guide debugging and execute proven workflows, including hardware/software partitioning, high-level synthesis, power estimation and board layout review.
AMD Ross is client-agnostic, working with preferred LLMs, IDEs and command lines.
