Proofpoint unveiled a unified system linking AI-agent intent and data-access risk in one shared graph, run by three autonomous agents.
Proofpoint introduced the Agentic Data and AI Security system, which it says is the first to reason across both AI behavior and data risk in a single shared graph rather than treating them as separate problems.
The system uses three autonomous agents, Zero-Touch Detection, Instant Investigation and Protection Optimization, to continuously monitor AI-driven risk across employees and AI agents.
New Semantic Business Policies translate existing business rules into runtime controls, while Agentic Insights continuously surface emerging risks, aiming to let organizations grant AI agents access to only the data their task requires.
