OpenAI Academy marks two years, having hosted 250+ events reaching 4 million people, and is launching a new trainer program.
OpenAI marked two years of OpenAI Academy, which has hosted more than 250 events and engaged more than 4 million people since launching in September 2024.
Originally focused on developers and mission-driven organizations, the Academy has grown to include self-paced courses, practical guides, in-person workshops and multi-site AI Skills Jams.
OpenAI is now launching a trainer program that prepares people and organizations to teach Academy material within their own communities, alongside new role-based learning paths introduced this month for knowledge workers, developers, leaders, educators and students.
