OpenAI Academy added new role-based courses and badges for developers, leaders, educators and college students.
OpenAI expanded its Academy with new courses tailored to developers, leaders, educators and college students, joining the existing Apply AI at Work pathway that teaches foundational skills like giving clear instructions, adding context and turning successful approaches into reusable workflows.
Learners progress to directing larger agent-based work, deciding what to delegate and where to add human review. Course assessments let learners earn OpenAI Academy badges by demonstrating what they've learned, with the goal of helping organizations build shared, role-appropriate habits for working with AI.
