Digital Realty Survey Finds More Than Half of Asia Pacific Enterprises Plan to Increase AI Investment by More Than 25%

Digital Realty's 2026 survey finds 59% of APAC enterprises will boost AI investment by more than 25% this year.

Digital Realty's 2026 Global Data Insights Survey found that 59% of Asia Pacific IT decision-makers expect to increase AI investment by more than 25% in 2026 versus 2025, above the 55% global average.

The APAC findings, based on 707 respondents across seven countries, show 36% have already identified repeatable, high-impact AI use cases and a similar share report measurable business outcomes.

Nearly half (46%) report integrated interconnection across cloud and infrastructure platforms.

The APAC results are part of a broader survey of 2,131 IT decision-makers across 19 countries, highlighting a shift from AI strategy to execution alongside persistent infrastructure barriers.
