Google describes results from Teamwork, a framework in Google Antigravity that lets autonomous teams of AI agents collaborate, critique and iterate over hours or days on long-horizon problems.
Paired with Gemini 3.7 Flash, the multi-agent orchestration solved seven open problems across venues including FOCS and JMLR, among them Knuth's Cycles Conjecture, verified in Lean with proofs running over 40 pages.
Other results covered sparse convex optimization, provable LLM quantization and prefix-matrix factorizations. The agent teams also built CPU emulators and optimized open-source software.
