Snowflake CoCo adds per-user quotas, enterprise policy enforcement, agent access restrictions and MCP tool governance.
Snowflake introduced enterprise controls in Snowflake CoCo aimed at governing AI use at scale. Administrators can set per-user quotas to bound consumption. Enterprise policies can be enforced centrally rather than configured per project.
Agent access can be restricted so agents reach only the data and systems they should. MCP tools are governed through the Cortex AI Gateway, extending the same controls to tool invocation.
