ServiceNow anchors its work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, the international standard most accessibility legislation aligns to, and has moved from WCAG 2.1 AA to 2.2 AA conformance. Customers already aligned to 2.1 AA on the platform inherit most of that uplift.
