The company argues that AI agents execute code, access credentials, and act at machine speed, creating risks that posture management alone cannot address, so AIDR emphasizes runtime security instead.
Core capabilities include discovering shadow AI usage, blocking data exfiltration, detecting prompt injection attacks, and validating tool communications.
CrowdStrike plans to deepen integration with the Falcon sensor over the coming quarter to deliver live agent inventory, behavioral risk scoring, and automated enforcement.
