ServiceNow expands its AI Control Tower with new capabilities for discovering, observing, governing, securing, and measuring enterprise AI systems.
ServiceNow unveiled expanded AI Control Tower capabilities at Knowledge 2026, enabling enterprises to manage AI systems across their entire infrastructure through five key dimensions: Discover (identifying AI assets across cloud and enterprise systems), Observe (continuous monitoring via the acquired Traceloop), Govern (risk assessment aligned to NIST and EU AI Act standards), Secure (identity access governance with real-time kill switches), and Measure (cost tracking and ROI dashboards).
The platform integrates with major cloud providers including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, plus enterprise applications like SAP and Oracle, and includes new AI agents for setup and administration that help accelerate time to value.
ServiceNow also introduced AI embedded directly into natural workflows through voice, vision, and natural language capabilities, with customers like Rolls-Royce reporting significant improvements in adoption and ticket deflection.
