ServiceNow deepens partnership with Microsoft to extend AI Control Tower governance across Microsoft Agent 365 ecosystem.
ServiceNow announced an expansion of its strategic partnership with Microsoft to address AI agent sprawl by integrating ServiceNow AI Control Tower with Microsoft Agent 365. The integration extends governance capabilities across Azure-backed Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft Agent 365 ecosystem, providing enterprises with unified visibility and control over AI agents regardless of where they were built or deployed.
ServiceNow AI specialists will be available in the Microsoft Agent 365 Marketplace, allowing them to operate across Microsoft 365 tools that employees use daily while maintaining security and governance standards.
The partnership combines ServiceNow's workflow intelligence with Microsoft's cloud infrastructure and productivity ecosystem to deliver scalable, governed autonomous IT operations. The AI Control Tower integration is available in preview, with ServiceNow AI specialists expected to launch in the Microsoft Agent 365 Marketplace later in 2026.
