MacKenzie Moore writes, "According to Cigna's 2020 report on America's Loneliness Epidemic, 61% of people are lonely, a 7% increase from last year. The rates are higher among our youth, with 80% of Gen Z and 70% of millennials reporting they are lonely. A recent survey by Total Brain affirms these findings, reporting that more than three-quarters of individuals between the ages of 18 and 34 struggle with their mental health.
